SERVICE SCOPE:
DCOBYS DEDICATED RESOURCES: Included

GEOGRAPHY COVERAGE: All services apply to two (2) countries (selected by the client)
A. MARKETING CHANNEL: Virtual Webinar Experience.
1. Generation and feeding of the contact base (Leads) based on the segmentation required by the educational institution. The criteria are Territory (City, Region and Country), b. Educational level, c. Age.
2. Campaign process through telephone contact, by email and/or on social networks, with presentation of the value proposition of the educational institution.
3. One (1) interactive virtual seminar per month with an attendance range between 15 and 30 validated students.
4. Personalized virtual platform that includes: a. Multi-Speaker Option, b. Poll Questions, c. Event statistics, d. branding, e. Host assignment for the event, f. Live Translation from Native Language to English, g. Branding.
5. One (1) digital report with the information of those attending the virtual event that will be delivered at the end of the month.
B. MARKETING CHANNEL: Partners Appointments.
1. Generation of a personalized list for Institution based on the following criteria: a. Territory (City, Region, and Country), b. Type of Institution, c. Contacts by roles or position of interest.
2. Gathering of information from an approval base of up to 800 potential institutions, divided into four (4) partial deliveries per quarter.
3. Obtaining and nurturing the contacts of the potential accounts selected by the educational institution, based on the role or position of interest.
4. Telephone contact, by email and/or on social networks, with presentation of the educational institution’s value proposition.
5. Confirmation of Eighty (80) virtual appointments in previously approved institutions, within the annual subscription period.
6. One (1) report of the generation of monthly appointments that includes the status of the approved institutions that are in active campaigns. A digital report of confirmed appointments within the monthly period is included.
C. STUDENTS 1:1: Enrollment Appointments.
1. Contacts Follow-up applying logical sequence via email, telephone, social networks and/or messages that include the value presentation of the educational institution.
2. Confirmation of Eighty (80) schedules with students.
3. Includes the filling of forms to complete the scheduling of the 1:1 session as applicable.
4. Digital report confirmed appointments within the monthly period is included.

The stages that the service includes are:
A. PROJECT SETUP – MONTH 1:
• Period of understanding of the project by the team assigned by Dcobys, with the goal of identifying the institution value proposition, ideal student Profile, Type of Programs and Strategy.
• Includes (2) workshops with the educational institution: a. KickOff, b. Value Proposition and Marketing.
• For the purposes of this information gathering, Dcobys will provide the respective forms and documentation based on the methodology used.
• Campaign flow configuration by Dcobys includes: Creation of digital work environments, tools configuration for the project, copyright Email Marketing campaigns, Social Networks (as applicable), Direct Messages, and Cold Contact.
• Database generation as applicable and approved by the Educational Institution of the approval list for Partners.

B. IMPLEMENTATION CYCLES – MONTH 2 to MONTH 12:
• Activation and launch of the campaign flow.
• Lead process information by contact and creation of new approval bases.
• Active campaigns Follow-up flow.
• Appointments confirmation and scheduling.
• Reports Generation.
• Optimization and copyright adjustment activities.
• Subsequent approval basis delivery corresponding to each quarterly cycle.
