
The Trade Mission in Chile, a regional benchmark in healthy and functional foods, takes participants to Santiago and Valparaíso to know one of the most dynamic ecosystems in food innovation. During the mission, advances in functional ingredients, natural conservation technologies, and products based on Andean superfoods are explored. The agenda includes visits to sector fairs and technical meetings with leading companies in the Chilean market. Attendees will hold business meetings with suppliers, distributors, and research hubs in the food sector. Success stories in sustainability, export, and value-added healthy products will also be analyzed. The mission facilitates the identification of opportunities for business cooperation in the region. Upon closing the experience, participants will obtain a clear vision to scale functional portfolios with a regional focus.
