Service Scope:
1. Assignment of one (1) Dcobys Consultant will be assigned to develop specific activities tailored to customer requirements.
2. The consultant’s tasks and activities may include:
• Analysis, research and business prospecting in various geographies.
• Creation of digital marketing assets.
• Research and build B2B, B2C or B2B2C prospecting lists as appropriate.
• Automatic and manual qualification of leads.
• Market Campaigns management.
• Establishment of sales appointments.
• Market surveys.
• Other activities related to marketing, research and prospecting.
3. The assigned consultant will be in permanent communication with the client. Consultant will hold periodic meetings to learn about the progress within the agreed time when the client requests it.
4. Dcobys will assign an Account Manager to verify the provision of the service. In the same way, based on the characteristics of the project, sessions will be scheduled with the client.
5. The consultant assigned by Dcobys will have computer equipment, internet access and technological tools such as: Office365 (Dcobys domain Email and access to collaboration applications), CRM Salesforce, Market Automation Pardot, design tools and marketing asset creation software.
