Description

The following services will be provided:

1. Customization and configuration of the virtual platform for the event, including the integration of corporate branding, photographs, sponsors, participants, and other relevant elements.
2. Enabling the registration system for participants, whether they are buyers, suppliers, sponsors, or other stakeholders.
3. Development of the virtual agenda, incorporating sessions for training, workshops, and business matchmaking meetings.
4. Identification and selection of counterparts in accordance with the specified participant profiles.
5. Confirmation of the counterparts participating in the matchmaking meetings.
6. Review and validation of the commercial agendas between counterparts.
7. Implementation of a satisfaction survey for all participants.
7. Generation of a comprehensive report detailing the B2B or B2C meetings conducted during the virtual business matchmaking event.

During the course of the virtual matchmaking event, active monitoring will be carried out to ensure that scheduled meetings occur as planned. In the event of any cancellations or missed appointments, appropriate follow-up will be conducted to reschedule or reassign those time slots, if required.
